Women Jump For Their Lives As Speeding Car Comes Towards Them In A Restaurant. Photos

Two women standing at a fast food counter luckily escaped death when a speeding car came crashing towards them. One of the women managed to get out of the way in the nick of time but the second woman was hit by the car and knocked flying in the accident in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia.

CCTV footage shows the two women standing at the counter of the fast food restaurant located on the “Slivnitsa” boulevard, waiting to pay for their order.

A few seconds later, a speeding car mounts the pavement and crashes into where they were standing at the counter seconds earlier, before bouncing back onto the pavement and following after the women.
One of them manages to escape but the second is hit and knocked forward, ending up crushed by the car and was later hospitalised with multiple fractures.

Police say that the driver of the car had been speeding and at the traffic lights it had hit an Audi from the behind, sending both cars spinning off down the road.

The driver of the car seen in the footage was arrested. It is unclear how injured both drivers were in the crash.
