Brazil legend, Pele to visit Nigeria in August
It will be the 75-year-old’s second time in the country, after he first came 50 years ago.
Pele confirmed the news via a tweet, which read: “It has been nearly 50 years since my first visit to Nigeria. I look forward to being there again on August 11/12.”
He is billed to attend a two-day programme on youth development and empowerment, put together by Winihin Jemide Series (WJS) and Youth Experience Days Africa (YEDA).
